Torsion Spring Machinery

Our range of torsion spring machines is designed to offer a reliable and precise solution for the production of torsion springs across a wide range of applications and industries.

They are fully servo-driven (Yaskawa) and CNC-controlled, ensuring high precision, repeatability, and flexibility in production.

The range covers:

• 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm for steel wire
• 0.2 mm to 5.0 mm for enamelled wire

This allows manufacturers to handle a variety of production requirements with a single, adaptable solution and to efficiently produce simple and more complex torsion spring geometries.

All the machines of the range are supplied with automatic decoiler, one set of tooling and warranty.
